आयोधितास्तु गन्धर्वा: सुचिरं सोदरैर्मम । मया सह महाबाहो कृतश्चनो भयत: क्षय:,महाबाहो! मेरे भाइयोंने मेरे साथ रहकर गन्धर्वोंके साथ बहुत देरतक युद्ध किया और उसमें दोनों पक्षके बहुत-से सैनिक मारे गये
āyodhitās tu gandharvāḥ suciraṃ sodarair mama | mayā saha mahābāho kṛtaś ca no bhayataḥ kṣayaḥ ||
महाबाहो! माझ्या सख्ख्या भावांनी माझ्यासह गंधर्वांशी फार काळ युद्ध केले. त्या संग्रामात दोन्ही बाजूंचे अनेक योद्धे मारले गेले आणि आमच्यावर भय व विनाश ओढवला.
