चित्रसेनगन्धर्वैः कौरवसंनिपातः
Citrasena and the Kaurava engagement
अर्चितस्तु स्तुतश्वैव सान्त्वयामास ता अपि | समस्त भूतगणोंसे घिरे हुए भगवान् स्कन्दने उन देवसेनाओंको अपने समीप पाकर उन्हें सान्त्वना दी और स्वयं भी उनके द्वारा पूजित तथा प्रशंसित हुए
arcitastu stutaścaiva sāntvayāmāsa tā api |
पूजिला व स्तुत झाला असता भगवान् स्कंदाने त्या देवसेनांनाही धीर दिला. समस्त भूतगणांनी वेढलेला तो देवसेनांना जवळ घेऊन त्यांचे भय निवारीत सान्त्वन करीत होता; आणि त्यांच्या कडूनच तो पुन्हा पूजिला व प्रशंसिला गेला।
