आकाशं तदपानीयं घोरं कान्तारदर्शनम् । न तत्र वृक्षच्छाया वा पानीयं केतनानि च
ākāśaṃ tadapānīyaṃ ghoraṃ kāntāradarśanam | na tatra vṛkṣacchāyā vā pānīyaṃ ketanāni ca ||
“तो प्रदेश जलरहित, आकाशासारखा रिकामा आणि घोर रानासारखा भयावह दिसतो. तेथे ना वृक्षांची सावली, ना पिण्याचे पाणी, ना निवाऱ्याची ठिकाणे आहेत.”
