इन्द्रियाणां प्रसादेन तदेतत् परिवर्जयेत् । तस्मादनशनं दिव्यं निरुद्धेन्द्रियगोचरम्
Translation
म्हणून इंद्रियांची शुद्धी झाल्यावर मनुष्याने हे विषयभोग टाकून द्यावेत. इंद्रिये निर्मळ होऊन संयमित झाल्यावर जे ‘अनशन’—म्हणजे विषयांचे अग्रहण—होते, तेच दिव्य आहे।
