भीष्मस्वप्न-स्मृत्युपाख्यानम् | Bhīṣma’s Dream-Linked Recollection of the Paraśurāma Combat
न चैवमपि शक््नोमि भीष्म॑ शस्त्रभूतां वरम् । विशेषयितुमत्यर्थमुत्तमास्त्राणि दर्शयन्,परंतु इस प्रकार उत्तमोत्तम अस्त्र प्रकट करके भी मैं शस्त्रधारियोंमें श्रेष्ठ भीष्मसे अपनी अधिक विशिष्टता नहीं दिखा सका
na caivam api śaknomi bhīṣma śastrabhūtāṁ varam | viśeṣayitum atyartham uttamāstrāṇi darśayan |
तरीही अशा प्रकारे उत्तमोत्तम अस्त्रे दाखवूनसुद्धा, शस्त्रधार्यांमध्ये श्रेष्ठ असलेल्या भीष्मावर मी माझी विशेष श्रेष्ठता सिद्ध करू शकलो नाही.
