सप्ताष्टदिवसास्त्वद्य विप्रस्येहागतस्य वै । तच्च कार्य न मे ख्याति दर्शनं तव काडक्षति
saptāṣṭa-divasās tv adya viprasyehāgatasya vai | tac ca kāryaṃ na me khyāti darśanaṃ tava kāṅkṣati ||
भीष्म म्हणाले—आज येथे आलेल्या त्या ब्राह्मणदेवतेला सात-आठ दिवस झाले आहेत. तो मला आपले कोणतेही कार्य सांगत नाही; तो केवळ तुमच्या दर्शनाचीच इच्छा करीत आहे.
