देवं परमकं ब्रद्दा श्वेतं चन्द्रा भभच्युतम् । यत्र चैकान्तिनो यान्ति नारायणपरायणा:
vaiśampāyana uvāca | devaṁ paramakaṁ brahmā śvetaṁ candrābhaṁ acyutam | yatra caikāntino yānti nārāyaṇaparāyaṇāḥ ||
वैशंपायन म्हणाले—जे एकनिष्ठ, नारायणपरायण भक्त आहेत, ते परम ब्रह्मस्वरूप, निर्मळ, चंद्रासारखे श्वेत-दीप्तिमान भगवान अच्युताला प्राप्त होतात. यावरून कळते की अनन्य भक्ती व एकमेव शरणागतीनेच परम ध्येय साध्य होते.
