ततस्तीक्ष्णाग्रदशनो मणिवैदूर्यलोचन: । मूषिकं मन्दमुद्वीक्ष्य मार्जारो लोमशोडब्रवीत्
tatas tīkṣṇāgradāśano maṇivaidūryalocanaḥ | mūṣikaṃ mandam udvīkṣya mārjāro lomaśo 'bravīt ||
त्यानंतर पुढचे दात अतिशय तीक्ष्ण आणि वैदूर्यमण्यासारखे चमकणारे नेत्र असलेला लोमश नावाचा मांजर उंदराकडे मंद नजर टाकून असे बोलला.
