गौर्गौरिति पुरा मन्द द्रौपदीमेकवाससम् | यत् सभायां हसन्नस्मांस्तदा वदसि दुर्मते
gaur gaur iti purā manda draupadīm ekavāsasam | yat sabhāyāṁ hasann asmāṁs tadā vadasi durmate ||
“अरे मूढा! पूर्वी सभेत द्रौपदी एकवस्त्र उभी असताना तू ‘गौरि, गौरि’ म्हणत हसून आम्हांला चिडवलेस; तीच तुझी क्रूरता आणि दुष्ट बुद्धी आज बोलत आहे।”
