व्यश्रूयन्त मिथो भिन्ना: सर्वलोकास्तु मारिष | देवदानवगन्धर्वा: पिशाचोरगराक्षसा:
vyaśrūyanta mitho bhinnāḥ sarvalokās tu māriṣa | devadānavagandharvāḥ piśācoragarākṣasāḥ ||
हे मारिष! सर्व लोकांतून परस्पर भिन्न-भिन्न असा कोलाहलयुक्त गजर ऐकू येऊ लागला. देव, दानव, गंधर्व, पिशाच, नाग आणि राक्षस—सर्वांचेच स्वर एकाच वेळी घुमू लागले.
