ततोडन््तरिक्षे साक्षेपा विवादा भरतर्षभ । मिथो भेदाश्न भूतानामासन् कर्णार्जुनान्तरे
tad anantaram antarikṣe sākṣepā vivādā bharatarṣabha | mitho bhedāś ca bhūtānām āsan karṇārjunāntare ||
त्यानंतर, हे भरतश्रेष्ठ! अंतरिक्षात स्थित सर्व भूतांमध्ये कर्ण आणि अर्जुन यांच्या जय-पराजयाबद्दल परस्पर आक्षेपयुक्त वाद आणि मतभेद निर्माण झाले.
