कर्णेन युधिष्ठिरानीकविदारणम् / Karṇa’s Breach of Yudhiṣṭhira’s Battle-Line
देवा ऊचु अस्मत्तेजोबलं यावत् तावदद्विगुणमाहवे । तेषामिति हि मन्यामो दृष्टतेजोबला हि ते
devā ūcuḥ asmat-tejo-balaṁ yāvat tāvad adviguṇam āhave | teṣām iti hi manyāmo dṛṣṭa-tejo-balā hi te ||
देव म्हणाले—प्रभो! युद्धात आमच्याकडे जितके तेज व बल आहे, दैत्यमध्ये त्याच्या दुप्पट आहे, असे आम्ही मानतो; कारण त्यांचे तेज व बल आम्ही प्रत्यक्ष पाहिले आहे.
