अलायुधस्य भीमवधसंकल्पः
Alāyudha’s Resolve to Confront Bhīma
प्रियमेतदुपश्रुत्य त्वत्त: पुष्करलोचन
priyam etad upaśrutya tvattaḥ puṣkaralocana | kamalanayana kṛṣṇa yathā tairṇe icchāvān puruṣaḥ samudrasya pāraṃ na prāpnoti tathā tava mukhāt idaṃ priyaṃ vārttāṃ śrutvā mama harṣasya sīmā nāsti | buddhimān arjunaḥ etad atyadbhutaṃ parākramaṃ kṛtavān |
पुष्करलोचन! तुझ्या मुखातून हे प्रिय वृत्त ऐकून माझ्या हर्षाला सीमा उरली नाही. जसा समुद्र पोहून पार करायची इच्छा असलेला पुरुषही दुसरा किनारा गाठू शकत नाही, तसाच या आनंदाचा पार मला दिसत नाही. बुद्धिमान अर्जुनाने हे अद्भुत पराक्रम केले आहे.
