जिगीषुस्तान् नरव्याप्रो जिघांसुश्च जयद्रथम् । उनपर विजय पानेकी इच्छा रखकर जयद्रथके वधकी अभिलाषासे गाण्डीव धनुषको खींचते हुए पुरुषसिंह महाबाहु अर्जुनकी बड़ी शोभा हो रही थी
