भीष्मभीमसमागमः — Bhīṣma–Bhīma Strategic Engagement and Counsel to the King
ते हन्यमाना: पार्थन भीष्म शान्तनवं ययु: । अगाधे मज्जमानानां भीष्म: पोतो5भवत् तदा
te hanyamānāḥ pārthān bhīṣmaśāntanavaṁ yayuḥ | agādhe majjamānānāṁ bhīṣmaḥ poto 'bhavat tadā ||
पार्थांच्या प्रहारांनी विदीर्ण झालेले ते सर्व योद्धे शान्तनुनंदन भीष्मांकडे धावले. त्या वेळी युद्धरूपी अगाध सागरात बुडणाऱ्यांसाठी भीष्म जणू नौका ठरले—तारणारा आश्रय.
