राजर्ष नातिहृष्टोड्सि कच्चित् क्षेमं तवानघ । क्व गतो5सि कुतश्वैदमप्रीतिस्थानमागतम्
rājarṣir nātihṛṣṭo ’si kaccit kṣemaṃ tavānagha | kva gato ’si kutaś caivam aprītisthānam āgatam ||
“राजर्षे! तू फारसा प्रसन्न दिसत नाहीस. निष्पाप नरेशा, सर्व कुशल तर आहे ना? तू कुठे गेला होतास, आणि कोणत्या कारणाने तुला हा अप्रसन्नतेचा व खेदाचा प्रसंग आला?”
