कि त्वद्य यदि ते श्रद्धा गमनं॑ प्रति भार्गव । अनुज्ञां प्रतिगृहा त्वं स््वगृहान् गच्छ मा चिरम्
kiṃ tv adya yadi te śraddhā gamanaṃ prati bhārgava | anu-jñāṃ pratigṛhya tvaṃ svagṛhān gaccha mā ciram, bhṛgunandana ||
गौतम म्हणाला— पण हे भार्गव! आज जर तुझ्या मनात जाण्याचा दृढ निश्चय असेल, तर माझी आज्ञा स्वीकार आणि विलंब न करता आपल्या घरी जा.
