Brahmopadeśa on Saṃnyāsa, Tapas, and Jñāna (ब्रह्मोपदेशः—संन्यासतपोज्ञानविमर्शः)
हित्वा गुणमयं सर्व कर्म जन्तु: शुभाशुभम् | उभे सत्यानृते हित्वा मुच्यते नात्र संशय:
hitvā guṇamayaṃ sarva karma jantuḥ śubhāśubham | ubhe satyānṛte hitvā mucyate nātra saṃśayaḥ ||
वायू म्हणाले—त्रिगुणमय सर्व शुभ-अशुभ कर्मांचा त्याग करून आणि सत्य व असत्य—या दोन्हींचाही आसक्तिरूपाने परित्याग करून संन्यासी मुक्त होतो; यात संशय नाही।
