Merit and Destinations from the Gift of Cows
धर्मज्ञ पितामह! यह सब मैं यथावत् रूपसे जानना चाहता हूँ। इसके लिये मेरे मनमें बड़ी उत्कण्ठा है ।।
bhīṣma uvāca | yo vrataṃ vai yathoddiṣṭaṃ tathā sampratipadyate | akhaṇḍaṃ samyag ārabhya tasya lokāḥ sanātanāḥ ||
भीष्म म्हणाला—युधिष्ठिरा, जो मनुष्य शास्त्रात जसे सांगितले आहे तसेच व्रत स्वीकारतो, आणि योग्य रीतीने आरंभ करून ते अखंडपणे पाळतो—त्याला सनातन लोकांची प्राप्ती होते.
