इदं मेध्यमिदं पुण्यमिदं स्वर्ग्यमनुत्तमम्‌ । इदं रहस्यं वेदानामाप्लाव्यं पावनं तथा

idaṁ medhyam idaṁ puṇyam idaṁ svargyam anuttamam | idaṁ rahasyaṁ vedānām āplāvyaṁ pāvanaṁ tathā

अजद्रिया म्हणाला—हे शुद्ध करणारे आहे, हे पुण्यदायक आहे, हे स्वर्गप्राप्तीचे अनुपम साधन आहे. हे वेदांचे गूढ रहस्य आहे—स्नानासारखे सर्वांगाने धुऊन टाकणारे आणि पावन करणारे.
