प्रेषितस्तेन विप्रेण कन्यापित्रा द्विजर्षभ । तवोपदेशं कर्तु वै तच्च सर्व कृतं मया

preṣitas tena vipreṇa kanyāpitṛā dvijarṣabha | tavopadeśaṁ kartu vai tac ca sarvaṁ kṛtaṁ mayā ||

भीष्म म्हणाले—हे द्विजश्रेष्ठ! त्या कन्येच्या पित्याने, त्या ब्राह्मणाने, मला तुला उपदेश देण्यासाठी पाठविले होते; ते सर्व कार्य मी पूर्ण केले आहे.
