अधीत्य नीतिशास्त्राणि नीतियुक्तो न दृश्यते । अनभिशनज्ञश्न साचिव्यं गमित: केन हेतुना
adhītya nītiśāstrāṇi nītiyukto na dṛśyate | anabhiśanajñaḥ sacivyaṃ gamitaḥ kena hetunā ||
युधिष्ठिर म्हणाला—नीतिशास्त्रांचे अध्ययन करूनही कोणी नीतियुक्त दिसत नाही; आणि नीतिज्ञान नसतानाही कोणी मंत्रीपदापर्यंत पोहोचतो. हे कोणत्या कारणाने घडते?
