पन्थान: सर्वनेतारो यज्ञवाहा: सनातना: । पितृपैतामहीं गुर्वीमुद्गहन्ति धुरं सदा
Transliteration
panthānaḥ sarva-netāro yajña-vāhāḥ sanātanāḥ | pitṛ-paitāmahīṁ gurvīm udgahnanti dhuraṁ sadā ||
Translation
भीष्म म्हणाले—ब्राह्मण हेच सर्वांचे पथप्रदर्शक, नेते आणि सनातन यज्ञपरंपरेचे वाहक आहेत. पितृ-पैतामहांनी चालविलेल्या जड धर्म-मर्यादेचे ओझे ते सदैव उचलतात.
