ऋषिर्मेधातिथे: पुत्र: कण्वो बर्हिषदस्तथा । ब्रह्मतेजोमया: सर्वे कीर्तिता लोकभावना:
ṛṣir medhātitheḥ putraḥ kaṇvo barhiṣadas tathā | brahma-tejomayāḥ sarve kīrtitā loka-bhāvanāḥ ||
मेधातिथीचा पुत्र कण्व ऋषी आणि वर्हिषदही (त्यांतच येतात)। हे सर्व ब्रह्मतेजाने परिपूर्ण, लोककल्याणकारी व लोकधारक म्हणून कीर्तित आहेत।
