Śiva-nāmānukīrtana-prastāvaḥ
Prologue to the praise of Śiva and the Upamanyu testimony
धवककुभकदम्बनारिकेलै: कुरबककेतकजम्बुपाटलाभि: । वटवरुणकवत्सना भबिल्वै: सरलकपित्थप्रियालसालतालै:
dhavakkubhakadambanārikelaiḥ kurabakaketakajambupāṭalābhiḥ | vaṭavaruṇakavatsanā bhabilvaiḥ saralakapitthapriyālasālatālaiḥ ||
वासुदेव म्हणाले—धव, ककुभ, कदंब, नारळ, कुरबक, केतक, जांभूळ, पाटल, वट, वरुणक, वत्सनाभ, बेल, सरल, कपित्थ, प्रियाल, साल आणि ताळ—अशा अनेक फळ-फुलांनी भरलेल्या वन्य वृक्षांनी तो आश्रम शोभून दिसत होता. तो पुष्पांनी, झुडपांनी व वेलींनी व्यापलेला होता आणि केळीच्या कुंजांनी त्याची शोभा आणखी वाढवली होती.
