उपवासफलात्मकविधिः — Upavāsa as Yajña-Equivalent Merit

तप्तकाञ्चनवर्णाभं विमानमधिरोहति । पूर्ण वर्षमहस्रं च ब्रह्मलोके महीयते
taptakāñcanavarṇābhaṃ vimānam adhirohati | pūrṇaṃ varṣasahasraṃ ca brahmaloke mahīyate ||
अंगिरा म्हणाले—तो तप्त सुवर्णासारख्या तेजस्वी दिव्य विमानावर आरूढ होतो आणि पूर्ण एक सहस्र वर्षे ब्रह्मलोकी सन्मानित व महिमावंत होतो।
