Householder Duties and Daily Offerings
अग्नीषोमं वैश्वदेवं धान्वन्तर्यमनन्तरम् । प्रजानां पतये चैव पृथग्घोमो विधीयते,पहले अग्नि और सोमको, फिर विश्वेदेवोंको, तदनन्तर धन्वन्तरिको, तत्पश्चात् प्रजापतिको पृथक्-पृथक् आहुति देनेका विधान है
agnīṣomaṃ vaiśvadevaṃ dhānvantaryam anantaram | prajānāṃ pataye caiva pṛthag homo vidhīyate ||
हवनात वेगवेगळ्या आहुती देण्याचा विधी आहे—प्रथम अग्नी व सोम यांना एकत्र, मग विश्वेदेवांना, त्यानंतर धन्वंतरीला, आणि मग प्रजापतीला (प्रजांचा स्वामी) स्वतंत्र आहुती द्यावी.
