समन्तपञ्चक-आख्यानम् तथा अक्षौहिणी-प्रमाणनिर्णयः

परिदेवनं च पाज्चाल्या वासुदेवस्य संनिधौ | आश्चासनं च कृष्णेन दु:खार्ताया: प्रकीर्तितम्,द्रौपदी श्रीकृष्णके पास बहुत रोयी-कलपी। श्रीकृष्णने दुःखार्त द्रौपदीको आश्वासन दिया। यह सब कथा वनपर्वमें है
paridevanaṃ ca pāñcālyā vāsudevasya saṃnidhau | āśvāsanaṃ ca kṛṣṇena duḥkhārtāyāḥ prakīrtitam |
वासुदेवांच्या सान्निध्यात पाञ्चालीचे विलापही वर्णिले आहे; आणि दुःखाने व्याकुळ द्रौपदीला श्रीकृष्णांनी दिलेले आश्वासनही सांगितले आहे.
