सहधर्मचरीं दान्तां नित्यं मातृसमां मम । सखायं विद्िितां देवैर्नित्यं परमिकां गतिम्,प्रिये! तुम मेरी सहधर्मिणी और इन्द्रियोंकों संयममें रखनेवाली हो। सदा सावधान रहकर माताके समान मेरा पालन-पोषण करती हो। देवताओंने तुम्हें मेरी सखी (सहायिका) बनाया है। तुम सदा मेरी परम गति (सबसे बड़ा सहारा) हो

प्रिये! तू माझी सहधर्मचारिणी—संयमी व दृढनिश्चयी आहेस. सदैव सावध राहून तू मातेसारखी माझी देखभाल व पोषण करतेस. देवांनी तुलाच माझी सखी व सहायिका ठरविले आहे. तूच नेहमी माझी परम गती—सर्वोच्च आधार—आहेस.
