सप्तद्वीप-सप्तसमुद्र-वर्णनम् तथा प्रियव्रतवंश-राज्यविभागः

कुशलदेशः कुशले मनुगस्य मनोनुगः उष्णस्योष्णः स्मृतो देशः पीवरः पीवरस्य च

kuśaladeśaḥ kuśale manugasya manonugaḥ uṣṇasyoṣṇaḥ smṛto deśaḥ pīvaraḥ pīvarasya ca

कुशलासाठी ‘कुशलदेश’ योग्य; मनुगासाठी ‘मनोनुग’—मनास अनुरूप. उष्ण स्वभावासाठी ‘उष्ण’ देश सांगितला आहे; आणि पीवरासाठी ‘पीवर’ देशच उचित.
