प्रेतसंस्पर्शाने दूषित झालेल्या व्यक्तीकडे पाहू नये, तसेच क्रुद्ध गुरूचे मुखही पाहू नये। तेलात वा पाण्यातील प्रतिबिंब पाहू नये, आणि जेवताना पत्नीला पाहू नये। ज्याचे अवयव अजून बंधनात आहेत त्याला, उन्मत्ताला किंवा मद्यपाला पाहू नये।
