ममोत्तमश्लोकजनेषु सख्यं संसारचक्रे भ्रमत: स्वकर्मभि: । त्वन्माययात्मात्मजदारगेहे- ष्वासक्तचित्तस्य न नाथ भूयात् ॥ २७ ॥

हे नाथ! माझ्या कर्मांमुळे मी या संसारचक्रात भटकत आहे. म्हणून मला तुझ्या पवित्र व प्रबुद्ध भक्तांच्या संगतीत मैत्री लाभो. तुझ्या बाह्य मायेमुळे माझे चित्त देह, पत्नी, पुत्र आणि घर यांत आसक्त आहे; पण ती आसक्ती पुन्हा न राहो—माझे मन व चेतना केवळ तुझ्यातच गुंतो.
