ऐल उवाच अहो मे मोहविस्तार: कामकश्मलचेतस: । देव्या गृहीतकण्ठस्य नायु:खण्डा इमे स्मृता: ॥ ७ ॥
aila uvāca aho me moha-vistāraḥ kāma-kaśmala-cetasaḥ devyā gṛhīta-kaṇṭhasya nāyuḥ-khaṇḍā ime smṛtāḥ
राजा ऐल म्हणाला—अहो! माझा मोह किती पसरला आहे! काममलाने कलुषित चित्ताचा मी, ही देवी माझा कंठ धरून आलिंगन देत असताना, माझे आयुष्याचे क्षण कसे निघून जात होते हे मला कळलेच नाही।
