The Deliverance of King Nṛga and the Warning Against Taking Brāhmaṇa Property

This verse shows that contact with Śrī Kṛṣṇa—here, His hand—can instantly remove a degraded condition and restore one to a purified, auspicious state, illustrating the Lord’s supreme grace.
Because the Lord personally touched him, and by that divine intervention King Nṛga immediately abandoned his cursed lizard body and regained a heavenly, radiant form.
The verse encourages sincere surrender and devotion: even when consequences of past actions are severe, turning to the Lord with humility invites transformation and hope.
