प्रभाष्यैवं ददौ विद्यां प्रद्युम्नाय महात्मने । मायावती महामायां सर्वमायाविनाशिनीम् ॥ १६ ॥

prabhāṣyaivaṁ dadau vidyāṁ pradyumnāya mahātmane māyāvatī mahā-māyāṁ sarva-māyā-vināśinīm

[शुकदेव गोस्वामी म्हणाले:] असे बोलून मायावतीने महात्मा प्रद्युम्नाला ‘महामाया’ नावाची विद्या दिली, जी सर्व मोहक मायांचा नाश करते.
