niśamya tad bhoja-patiḥ kopāt pracalitendriyaḥ niśātam asim ādatta vasudeva-jighāṁsayā

Translation

हे ऐकून भोजांचा स्वामी कंस क्रोधाने संतप्त झाला आणि त्याचे इंद्रियसंयम ढळला। वसुदेवाचा वध करण्यासाठी त्याने धारदार तलवार उचलली।
