यस्य॑ हे॒तोः प्र॒च्यव॑ते॒ यक्ष्मः॑ कर्ण॒त आ॑स्य॒तः । सर्वं॑ शीर्ष॒ण्यंऽ ते॒ रोगं॑ ब॒हिर्निर्म॑न्त्रयामहे

IAST Transliteration

yásya hetóḥ prácyavate yákṣmaḥ karṇatá āsyatáḥ | sárvaṁ śīrṣáṇyaṁ te rógaṁ bahír nírmantrayāmahe

English Translation (Griffith/Whitney)

From what cause soever the yakṣma is set a-slipping forth—by ear or by mouth—all thy cranial disease forth, outward, do we conjure away.

Translation

ज्या कोणत्याही कारणाने यक्ष्मा घसरून बाहेर पडतो—कानातून किंवा मुखातून—तुझ्या शिराशी संबंधित सर्व रोग आम्ही मंत्रबळाने बाहेर, दूर, हाकलून देतो.
