विक्रान्तं प्रकृतिकोपेन घातयेत् ॥ कZ_०५.६.२६ ॥
Transliteration
vikrāntaṃ prakṛti-kopena ghātayet
Translation
जो मर्यादा ओलांडून अतिशय दर्पिष्ठ झाला असेल, त्याला राज्याच्या प्रकृतींचा कोप उभा करून नष्ट करावे.
