Transliteration
teṣām abhāve tadabhāvaḥ chinnapakṣasyeva rājñaś ceṣṭānāśaś ca
Translation
त्यांच्या अभावात ती कार्येही होत नाहीत; आणि राजाची क्रियाशक्तीही नष्ट होते—जसे कापलेल्या पंखांचा पक्षी.
