यस्तूपनतान् हत्वा बद्ध्वा वा भूमिद्रव्यपुत्रदारानभिमन्येत तस्योद्विग्नं मण्डलमभावायोत्तिष्ठते ॥ कZ_०७.१६.३० ॥
Transliteration
yastūpanatān hatvā baddhvā vā bhūmidravyaputradārānabhimanyeta tasyodvignaṃ maṇḍalamabhāvāyottiṣṭhate
Translation
जो व्यक्ती शरण आलेल्यांना मारतो किंवा कैद करतो, किंवा त्यांची जमीन, धन, पुत्र व स्त्रिया यांवर आपला हक्क सांगतो—त्याच्या विरुद्ध आजूबाजूचे राज्य-मंडळ घाबरून त्याचा नाश करण्यासाठी उठते।
