दुष्टपौरजानपदो वा न्यायवृत्तिरन्यां भूमिं याचेत ॥ कZ_०७.१५.२४ ॥
Transliteration
duṣṭa-paurajānapado vā nyāya-vṛttir anyāṃ bhūmiṃ yāceta
Translation
जर नगर व जनपद (शहरी-ग्रामीण जनता) दुष्ट/विरोधी असतील, तर न्यायवृत्ती असलेल्याने राहण्यासाठी/शासनासाठी दुसरी भूमी मागावी।
