तत्र रत्नोपधाव् उत्तमो दण्डः कर्तुः कारयितुश्च सारोपधौ मध्यमः फल्गुकुप्योपधौ तच्च तावच्च दण्डः ॥ कZ_०२.५.०९ ॥

Transliteration

tatra ratnopadhāv uttamo daṇḍaḥ kartuḥ kārayituś ca; sāropadhau madhyamaḥ; phalgukupyopadhau tacca tāvacca daṇḍaḥ.

Translation

तेथे बदल/भेसळ प्रकरणात—रत्नांमध्ये करणारा व करविणारा या दोघांवर उत्तम (सर्वोच्च) दंड; सारामध्ये मध्यम दंड; आणि फल्गु व कुप्य मध्ये त्या मूल्याच्या व त्या प्रमाणाच्या अनुरूप दंड होईल।
