बन्धनागारे च बालवृद्धव्याधितानाथानां जातनक्षत्रपौर्णमासीषु विसर्गः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.४४ ॥

Transliteration

bandhanāgāre ca bāla-vṛddha-vyādhita-anāthānāṃ jāta-nakṣatra-paurṇamāsīṣu visargaḥ.

Translation

कारागृहातही बालक, वृद्ध, आजारी आणि अनाथ/निराधार यांना जन्मदिन/जन्मनक्षत्राच्या दिवशी तसेच पौर्णिमेला मुक्त (किंवा रजा) करावे।
