पांसुन्यासे रथ्यायामष्टभागो दण्डः पङ्कोदकसम्निरोधे पादः ॥ कZ_०२.३६.२६ ॥

Transliteration

pāṃsunyāse rathyāyām aṣṭabhāgo daṇḍaḥ paṅkodakasamnirodhe pādaḥ

Translation

रस्त्यावर धूळ/कचरा टाकल्यास मानक दंडाच्या एक-आठव्या भागाइतका दंड; चिखल व पाण्याचा प्रवाह अडवल्यास एक-चतुर्थांश दंड।
