Transliteration
samāhartṛvan nāgariko nagaraṃ cintayet
Translation
समाहर्त्याप्रमाणे नागरिकाने (नगर-अधीक्षकाने) नगराचा सतत विचार करून त्याचे निरीक्षण व व्यवस्थापन करावे।
