कूटमुद्रायां पूर्वः साहसदण्डः तिरोजनपदस्योत्तमः ॥ कZ_०२.३४.०४ ॥
Transliteration
kūṭamudrāyāṃ pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ tirojanapadasyottamaḥ
Translation
राजमुद्रा बनावट केल्यास पूर्वोक्त साहसदंड; परंतु दुसऱ्या जनपदात प्रवेश/गमनासाठी (खोटा अधिकार दाखवून) मुद्रा बनविल्यास सर्वोच्च दंड द्यावा.
