बाधतीर्थाश्चैताः कार्या राजद्विष्टकारिणां तरणभयात् ॥ कZ_०२.२८.१४ ॥

Transliteration

bādhatīrthāścaitāḥ kāryā rājadviṣṭakāriṇāṃ taraṇabhayāt

Translation

राजद्वेष्ट्यांना बेकायदेशीररीत्या पार होण्याची भीती/अडचण निर्माण व्हावी म्हणून अडथळायुक्त/नियंत्रित तीर्थे (घाट) उभारावीत.
