महोपकारमुच्छुल्कं कुर्याद्बीजं च दुर्लभम् ॥ कZ_०२.२१.३१च्द् ॥

Transliteration

mahopakāram ucchulkaṃ kuryād bījaṃ ca durlabham

Translation

ज्या वस्तू/सेवा मोठा जनोपकार करतात त्यांना शुल्कमुक्त करावे; आणि जे बी बियाणे दुर्मिळ आहे ते विशेषतः संरक्षित/प्राधान्य देऊन व्यवस्थापित करावे.
