व्ययक्रियाभारिकमाअकरं भागेन प्रक्रयेण वा दद्यात् लाघविकमात्मना कारयेत् ॥ कZ_०२.१२.२२ ॥

Transliteration

vyayakriyābhārikam ākaram bhāgena prakrayeṇa vā dadyāt lāghavikam ātmanā kārayet

Translation

जी खाण खर्च व कामकाजात जड आहे ती हिस्सा-पद्धतीने किंवा ठराविक शुल्कावर द्यावी; जी चालविण्यास सोपी आहे ती राज्याने स्वतः चालवावी।
