तस्मादमात्यसम्पदोपेतः सर्वसमयविदाशुग्रन्थश्चार्वक्षरो लेखनवाचनसमर्थो लेखकः स्यात् ॥ कZ_०२.१०.०३ ॥
Transliteration
tasmād amātyasampadopetaḥ sarvasamayavid āśugranthaś cārvakṣaro lekhanavācanasamartho lekhakaḥ syāt
Translation
म्हणून राजलेखक अमात्यसम्पदांनी युक्त असावा; तो सर्व प्रसंगांचा जाणकार, जलद लिहिणारा, स्पष्ट व सुबक अक्षरांचा, आणि लेखन व वाचन (मोठ्याने वाचून दाखवणे) या दोन्हींत समर्थ असावा.
